Not in love with your purchase? No problem! We only offer store credit for returns at this time. All returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card. No exceptions can be made for this policy. We add new styles bi-weekly and are confident that you will find something you love to purchase with your store credit!
We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a store credit refund.
Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
Any returns sent after this period will be denied.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges after 15 days will not be accepted.
If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We highly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How and when will I receive my store credit?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will receive store credit in the form of an e-gift card within 1-3 business days. The gift card will be emailed to the email address entered at checkout.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect, and approve your item for a refund; we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift card that you will be able to use towards the new item you wish to order. Changing Or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! It is our goal to provide fast shipping, and therefore, we strive to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible!
